Cilento is a luxury apartment resort located in Mooloolaba, on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia.

Maxwell Diaz Architects were commissioned to redesign the external envelope of the penthouse apartments, following persistent water ingress issues. Our design approach focused on delivering a robust and elegant solution, integrating new waterproofing membranes, refined drainage strategies, and redesigned guttering. We also addressed structural deterioration, replacing key elements such as steel framing to ensure the long-term performance and aesthetic integrity of the building.
